-Who do I contact to plan the flower decorations for my event?

Contact our Event Coordinator, Jordan, to start planning for your event. You can contact her by email at jordan@lafayetteflorist.com or call her direct office line at (970) 985-4109. She will create a proposal for your event flowers. You can also fill out the form below and Jordan will contact you. 

-Will you deliver and set-up my event flowers?

We are happy to deliver and set-up events that are approximately 45 minutes from our store. This includes Denver, Boulder, Longmont, Lafayette, Broomfield, Erie, Louisville, and some surrounding areas. Please contact Jordan at jordan@lafayetteflorist.com to see if we deliver to your event venue. 

If we do not offer delivery to your event's venue, we offer pick-up options as well. 

-What information do I need to have to plan the flowers for my event?

Have the number of guest tables, number of registration, buffet tables, and any other areas you would like to place floral or plant decorations.

-What size arrangements should I have at my event?

We recommend having medium-sized, low and compact arrangements for the guest table centerpieces, larger arrangements for registration tables, and bud vases for decorating buffet tables and small miscellaneous tables. We can also supply plants or extra large arrangements to accent a stage or focal area of your event. 

-What colors and styles should I choose for my event?

Let us choose the best blooms available to match your company logo.

If you're having a baby shower, ask about our best selection of blue or pink blooms.

It's fun to have a theme for your engagement or bridal shower. Is the couple traveling for their honeymoon to somewhere tropical or exotic?

-Can I give out flowers as party favors?

Flowers are a great gift to send home with guests. You can create a display with champagne flutes or bud vases filled with flowers for guests to take home at the end of your event.
