Where do you deliver to?

- We deliver to Erie, Lafayette, Louisville, Broomfield, Superior and some parts of Boulder, Fredrick, Thornton and Westminster.  Deliveries Monday through Saturday and same day delivery if you order by noon.  Call us and we’ll let you know the delivery options.

What are your hours?  Can I schedule a pick-up?

- We are open Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm and Saturday 9:00am to 3:00pm.  You can leave us a phone message after hours and we’ll get back to you when we open the store.  Our website is open 24 / 7 – place your order and we can arrange a delivery or pick up.

Can you delivery today?

- If your order is placed before noon, we can typically deliver on the same day.  Holidays may be the exception.

Can I customize my order?

-  Of course.  If you see something on-line, you can tweak it to your liking.  Add or eliminate any flowers or let us custom design a bouquet just for you.

Can you deliver at a specific time for a funeral?

- Yes.  We always call the funeral home, church or venue to confirm the time of the service and any delivery instructions to make sure your flowers arrive in plenty of time.

Can I make a change to my order after it’s been place?

- Yes.  Just give us a call at 303-665-5552.  If we aren’t open, leave us a message and we’ll make corrections as soon as we get into the store. 

What happens if no one is home to receive the delivery?

- If the weather is cooperating, we can leave the flowers at the front door. Our drivers look for a protected area and will give the recipient a call to let them know they have a special gift waiting for them.  Make sure you have the recipients phone number.

Is the arrangement I choose from the website exactly what will be send?

- To keep a fresh assortment, we don’t hold flowers.  We use them as we get them.  Sometimes, a flower may sell-out.  We will substitute with the closest flower at the same value.  Your arrangement will keep it’s look, it may just have a few different blooms.
